We collect the data you provide via our contact, quote request and brochure request forms: name, email, phone, company name, VAT number, and the content of your message or selected products.

3. Legal bases for processing

  • Quote request: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures.
  • Contact form: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.
  • Brochure request by email: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in B2B prospecting.

4. Cookies and trackers

Our website uses no cookies and no third-party trackers. Our audience statistics are collected anonymously via Umami, in line with CNIL recommendations on analytics exemption.

5. Data recipients

No transfers outside the European Union.

  • Mailjet (transactional email delivery — EU)
  • ERPNext, hosted by WORQABLE BV (CRM)
  • Coolify hosting provider (infrastructure)

6. Retention period

Data from forms is retained for 3 years from the last contact, unless converted to a customer relationship. Server logs are retained for 30 days.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing. To exercise these rights, write to dpo@lesfilsdesbouchers.fr.

8. Security

All communications with our website are encrypted (TLS). Access credentials to our systems are stored securely and rotated regularly.
